Perm Tracking

Hi,

 

I have a PERM case# A-XXXXX-XXXXX, my attorney says only he can track  the case by logging into thier DOL secured account, is there a way where I can track it online without being dependent on them?

NO.

You can track latest approved PERM cases on Icert website to check if your PERM is approved or not.

First - You got to trust your attorney until unless you don't trust your company. And yes only they can check the status/ employer in case if employer filed it for you

 

Second - you might have already searched and there is no way to check the status on any site until unless either its approved or denied.

case type - PERM

Employer Name: name of the petition holder

state - state where PERM is filed

and the date range

 

you can see all those approved or denied and there is no middle status
