Mumu
Hi All, The airline representative at the check in counter forgot to remove i94 from my & my wife's passort and even we dint realize it until we reached home country.Checking our i94 information online at CBS website, it doesn't show our recent departure information.we both have H1/H4 visa stamping on feb 11 & fingure print on feb 10. Please suggest will this cause any problem in approval of Visa? should I cancel my appointment and attend later time when this departure information is recorded properly? or I can go for stamping? pls pls help me with this, provide suggestion at the earliest. Thank you. Link to comment
sangu0321
There should not be any problem for the interview. But, if you want to make sure you update the CBP(Customs and Border Protection), you can do that after you return to US at one of the designated airports(you can find that online if you search for I-94 corrections). You can keep some receipts of anythings you purchased in India, baggage receipts etc just for record purpose. I had one of my friends go through this process 2-3 years ago when the online process of I-94 was not yet in place. Link to comment

whatiknow
There should be no issue. keep your plans as is, for last 12 years, 70% of the times, airlines did not take my I-94 Link to comment
pontevecchio
If you departed by an Airline you do not have to do anything. Please look at the site referenced above. Link to comment
