H1B stamping with DUI

this is my situation

i was arrested last year sometime in June for DUI and they took my blood test .

court is still waiting for blood test results to process my case.

my case is still pending processing

need to go to India next month, and i have to go for visa stamping.

will there be any issue ?

please advice

the problem with my case is my case did not even start in the court i don't have any proof stating my case is complete

Don't worry dude..if you are lucky you will get visa ..if not you will be given 221 g and they will ask you to get the panel physician check  ....One of my friend was in the same situation and they have done the same and he got the visa stamped..
