Salary more than LCA

Recommended Posts

I have saalary more than LCA. So when the employer asks. "what is your salary"? Should I anser mentioned in LCA or the one in my paystubs?

If in LCA, what do I say about the difference? Incentive?

The amount in the LCA is the minimum pay which you must get paid for your services. There is nothing wrong if your salary amount is > LCA as long as there is no big difference. If asked you can say that you were given a hike or a bonus.
