duderino Posted January 28, 2015 Report Share Posted January 28, 2015 I have saalary more than LCA. So when the employer asks. "what is your salary"? Should I anser mentioned in LCA or the one in my paystubs? If in LCA, what do I say about the difference? Incentive? Link to comment

There is nothing wrong if your salary amount is > LCA as long as there is no big difference. If asked you can say that you were given a hike or a bonus. Link to comment
