Hi All,

 

I have my H1-B till Jan 2016. I have Employer, Vendor and Client.

I'm in a dilemma where to go for stamping. Canada or Hyderabad [india].

 

Can someone also please share list of documents that i need to take to the interview during the stamping.

anytime I would say India. I had my visa approved twice. Bottom line - Your employer should be good and be ready to provide any docs in case something goes wrong!!

If you have all the documents and proofs -- then there should be no harm going to Hyderabad.

I have an EVVC  model and client would be giving me an email instead of letter. Can anyone please suggest , If I could still go for visa stamping in Canada or should I change my model.

You can go to either Canada or India as long as you have good supporting documentation. Your visa should be approved.

Can you please tell me when you received passport back from Loomis? Mine was on jan 27th, the next Tuesday and wondering how long it will take to receive the passport.. I have a flight on Friday night..

gsxr143 - My interview was on Jan 20 - 7.30am - 23rd early morning 1am we received an email as PP is ready to pick up we went to loomis @ 9.30 and picked.
