Can i still get the H1-B visa stamped in Canada ?

My H1-B started in OCT, 2014. Can we still go to canada for H1-B Visa stamping or we have to get that done in our home country ?.

if the change of status was approved along with H1B then you can surely go any where in the world.... Only people with illegal stay need to go to the home country....

I did 1st time F1 to H1 in Vancouver on Jan 20th with NO ISSUES.. You can go.

Not really. At least as far as I know Mexico does not allow first time H1B stamping.

You can go to Canada this time, but the next time its better to visit home country.
