H1B 8th year changing client locations to different state do i need to file H1B Amendment?

Hi 

 

 

My Employer filed i-140 JAN 2011, i have been changing my client last 4 years almost 2 states. will that affect my i-485 fillings?.

 

My Friend is saying i need to file both LCA and H1B amendment when i change the clients.

But my Attorney also saying that No H1B Amendment required only LCA is enough.

 

 

Can you kindly please clarify?

LCA should be enough. Depends on how your H1 was defined for an amendment.
