DS-160 form fill help - Question on blue form during F1

Hi All,

 

I got a blue form(not sure if blue form means rejected) first time when i went for F1 visa stamping and booked a new date and got visa approved. My question is in ds-160 form where they ask if your Visa was ever rejected, am i suppose to mark it as Yes or No? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes.. as long as you have all the paper work it shouldnot effect ur case.. just select Yes and state Additional documentation was needed .. visa was denied on first attempt.. additional documentation was taken for 2nd attempt and was approved in the year XXXXX
