Child Born in Germany with Indian Passport and Indian parents

Hi,

My child is born in Germany in 2009 , she holds an indian passport but born in Germany for Indian parents holding Indian passports.

We have moved to USA on 2011 and our company has filled a green card on EB2.

PERM is not yet approved.

1) Under which category my child will be given a greencard.?

2) Whether she will get her GC earlier than us?.

3) My child's place of birth is Germany, will that have any effect on our GC?

4) Is there anyway my child gets the GC faster and we can Also get the GC faster?

Your child will get the GC as your dependent just like your wife. So child cannot get GC before you get it and there is no issue if your child is born in Germany.
