H1B with company A and GC labour filed by company B

I am on H1B status with one of the major India company "A". I have another USA based small company "B" which has just filed GC PERM Labour. I have valid I797 with company "A". I am planning to visit India on a vacation. To get back to USA i have to go through Visa stamping process again. 

I have following questions 

1. Would there be any problem/questions related to GC in the interview?
2. Do i have to mention about GC in DS 160 form?

I don't know the exact question on DS form. But if its related to GC then even the information like 'PERM was filed' should be mentioned bcos that's the very first step in GC processing.

Filing LABOR is not the same as filing the I-140.

The question is: Has anyone filed an immigration petition for you? Since only PERM is filed the answer is NO.
