ceilceila Posted August 5, 2011 Report Share Posted August 5, 2011 My H1b visa is valid till Feb 2012 .I am planning to visit India in October 2011 and get the visa stamping done.Should I visit India or drop the plan as My H1B visa is valid till feb 2012 and just 4 more months for my visa. If you will go now and if you are put under Admin processing then it may 3 - 4 months to get clearance and by that time if you H1 expires then consulate will simply refuse your visa. Link to comment
