jairichi
Can Employer can file in coming April 2015 or I need to wait for 1 year more like April 2016 Can be filed this April 2015. And, depends on when your initial H1B petition was filed. But you need to talk to an attorney to exit US first as your H1B is not valid as it was approved in error by USCIS. Talk to an attorney from Murthy law firm. Link to comment
