EB1 eligibility for H1b manager

Hi,

 

WIth 9.5yrs of IT experience and H1b visa(thru Company A), i reached US in June 2012. After a year, i switched to company B as manager in July 2013. Being a manager in company B at US, i got transferred from US to India(offshore of Company B) on official purpose. Now after staying more than 1 year in offshore of Company B as manager, i got an assignment at USA with same manager role. Company B is ready to file green card. My question here is that will i be eligible for GC in EB1 category.

Dont take everything as it is...this is all setup...Company B is a desi company.
