My offer letter and Pay check has salary B. where A < B by 8000$.What are the implications and what should be the corrective action? What should be the answer to the VO? Link to comment
jairichi
As long as you are paid equal or more than amount mentioned in LCA you should be fine. Link to comment
JoeF
You need to get paid at least the salary listed on the LCA. No but or if. If the employer doesn't pay that, file a complaint with DOL on form WH4. And find a better employer. As for answers to a VO, the ONLY possible answers are TRUTHFUL answers. Why is that even a question??? Link to comment
