Advice needed

My sincere thanks to those who got time and motivation to go through this question and respond as well.

 

Context:

Company A, on H1B - expires October 2016

EAD - Expires first week March 2015 (3rd year)

Renewal applied 2nd week December 2014 (self applied)

Job offers from Company B (big corporation), Company C(startup).

 

Mistake:

Did not apply EAD renewal up until last week, and feeling idiot about it.

 

Question:

Is it advisable to switch?

If yes, on EAD or H1B?

I've less than 90 days for expiration, and I don't know whats going to happen. Added to this panic situation is this is the first time I applied for ead renewal (last time went through attorneys), and I don't know whether I did it correct or not.

Hey Sugarlaw,

 

Don't get panic...what you have done everything is perfect.

 

If you want to work with your H1B, you can continue with this because its valid until October 2016.

And you already applied renewal for EAD, it will renewal if you submit all required documents. It's perfect.

HI,

 

i did not found a new thread to be posted, hence posting it here, 

 

I also need an advice. I am on L2 Visa, I am willing to work in USA. Well, i just know that before i can start working here, i need to have EAD. 

 

Kindly let me know about the procedure, Filling Fee, Attorney fee(if any).
