H1 B dropbox eligibility

Hi,

 

I had a H1 B visa from my Employer A in Jan 2010, got my stamping done and my visa expired in Jan 2014. My employer got acquired by a bigger company-Employer B, in 2012 and the new company filed my H1b petition in Jan 2014. I am planning on going to India in Jan 2015. Would I be eligible for Dropbox submission for visa stamping, even though it is the same visa category, but Employer B filed my visa petition.

You are not eligible for dropbox as your employer is B now.

No. It has to be same employer. When you submit your documents at dropbox, they are going to check previous visa stamp and compare the employer name on that petition versus the new one.
