H1-B Transfer - USCIS asking for Further Evidence

Hello,

 

My H1-B transfer is pending, and USCIS is asking for further evidence, which my lawyer says they are working on it.

 

But I have another job Lined up, and that employer is asking me to start working by 22- Dec.

 

So, I am not sure if my RFE will be cleared by then , so that I can transfer to a new company.

 

So, I decided to take up the job on Corp to Corp basis, provided both the employers are OKAY with it.

 

Is it fine to work on Corp to Corp during H1-B transfer process?

Hi Garun, I am in a similar dilemma..The only difference being I do not want to go corp to corp, just want to transfer it. 

Please Let me know if you get answered
