Canada Embassy Passport return NY

Hi All,

 

I applied for Canada visa online. After one week i recieved the email to send the passport. But when i send the passport to the following address my tracking saying item was returned to the sender on December 3, 2014 at 12:21 pm in NEW YORK, NY 10017 because it could not be delivered as addressed.

 

Address :-

290 Madison Ave,2nd fl.
New York, NY 10017
U.S.A.

 

Please suggest me what i did wrong.

That address accepts only packages via USPS only. I guess you must have used FedEx etc. Please check consulate web site for announcements
