Hi,

 

I was with my ex-employer when I was working for Client "A" up to May 2013. Later on the client "A" offered me full-time so I took the offer in May 2013. 

 

 

 

So if the visa officer asks me "Since when are you working for your employer", my answer should be May 2013, right ??

Employer is the person who files for H-1B. Client A should have filed H-1B change of employer petition in May.

May2013 for Client A as employer and previous employer will be who ever was prior to May 2013
