I currently hold an H1b visa with my employer. Recently, a year ago I incorporated my own company (S-corp) in NYC. Since its formation it has been mentioned in NY Post, Daily Meal, Couple other local blogs.

Then I was featured on Bloomberg Taking Stock, An interview with Epicurious which got publlished. I was called to speak as young entreprenuer in a reputed college in NYC.

I am also an active Ambassador for a FWD.US movement for NYC.

I have a bachelors degree from India and a college degree in Culinary management through an extrememly renowned college in America. Plus I hold a versatile resume and a published research in the field.

Is there a possibility of applying for GC as EB1? Should I even take a chance?

An S-Corp requires all shareholders to be US citizens or Permanent Residents.
