Vb691206 Posted December 2, 2014 Report Share Posted December 2, 2014 I am an H1B holder and my fiance is currently on STEM extension OPT. Her F1 expires in July and her OPT extension too. My H1B expires in 2016. We are planning to go to India for our own wedding in January and coming back on the same visas. Are there any issues we should be concerned of, can we fly back on our individual visas? Do we need to register our marriage and convert her into H4 before we fly out? (if so does her STEM expire automatically?) Link to comment
