Job change by dependent (on H1B) while awaiting I-485 through spouse employment-based GC filing

My wife's employer has filed for GC under EB1 (multi-national mgr) with me as a dependent. I-140 is approved, biometrics is done, i-485/EAD/AP have been filed.

I have an H-1B and am seeking to change employers.

Will it have any impact on the I-485 approval process?

 

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
