Paycheck and H1B Visa

Hello,

 

I am not very sure with the paycheck and H1B visa rules but here is my scenario.

 

I am working for Employer A and my H1B is transferred successfully to Employer B. My start date at Employer B is December 1. I have put down my resignation at Employer A asking them for my last date to be Friday Nov 28. But Nov 27 and 28 being thanks giving weekend - my Employer A has decided to keep Wed Nov 26 as last working date and final pay until that date too. They mentioned that my benefits will also stop on Nov 26. 

 

I wanted to know as with this scenario - I will be out of any paychecks between Nov 27 through Nov 30. Will this affect me in future for validating my H1B visa. Also is it valid for the benefits to end on Nov 26?
