tarakaram@gmail.com
Hi Team, I am applying for my visa (H1B) this year. One of the US company is spinsoring it and even have the client letter for the same. I was working in US on H1B from 2007 to 2010, My H1b visa extension stamping was rejected with 221(g) in Hyderabad. I again applied for my L1A with multinational company last year and was rejected. I have a doubt regarding one of the query in DS160. Have you ever refused US admission.. (do i have to provide the latest rejection information (L1) or i have to provide both the rejection information (L1 and H1)? Please let me know what are my chances for my H1 B Visa this year Please provide your advice for the above query? Link to comment
forumman
If there is an option to enter multiple rejections, then you have to enter both rejections. I also got H1 approval.Waiting for the documents from my employer to appear for a visa interview. I heard L1 approvals became more difficult to get in recent years. Are you in EVC or EC model ? jairichi
If the question states was your visa application denied/rejected then your answer has to be YES. Link to comment
surenrockz
You have to provide information on all rejections. They will anyways have it on their screen when you go for your interview. Link to comment
