rajender17
Dear Sir, I tried to get my revoked H1B transferred to my new Employer but their attorney refused and said it cannot be transferred as it is nullified by USCIS. Please read below my case and let me know 1. Applied for H1B in 2012 2. Got H1B Approval in 2013 and petition is valid till Sep 2015 3. in May 2013 US Embassy in India issued letter 221g during stamping . 4, In June 2013 and US Embassy sent a letter saying Visa cannot be issued due to employer inability. 5. My Case was sent back to USCIS. 6. In Sep 2014 H1B is revoked. Now please let me know if H1B is rejected by US embassy in India and revoked by USCIS then still it can be transferred. Thanks Rajender Link to comment
