AP approved, but not received document- have to travel

Hi - my sister is married to a US citizen and is in the process of getting her GC. Her AP was approved today online, but she has not received the physical card/document. She is due to travel to India in 2 days time, and it is not expected that she will receive her card by then.

 

Is it ok for her to leave the country ? the family is traveling in about 2 weeks and hopefully the card will be here and the family can get her the card which she can use for her re-entry.

 

is this ok to do ? or will there be any issues?
