Help Needed- DS160 : Has ID and Security question, but unable to retrieve the application

Hi..

 

I have appointment scheduled in Canada. My issue is,  I has DS  160 ID and Security question got configured.

 

But to retrieve the DS160 application, it is asking for LAST NAME and Year of Birth. It seems I haven't entered those details at the first time of creation of DS160. So I left with application ID and Security question.

 

what are the options left for me?

 

1) is there anyway to retrieve the existing application?

2) CanI fill out new DS160 and use for existing appointment.?? 

3) Should I cancel appointment and  complete new DS160 for new appointment?

If you have filled DS160 why do you need the full application now? All you need is confirmation page for a visa interview.

Alternatively, you can fill a new DS160 and update the number in your visa appointment.

You can create new DS160 form and update in the appointment

 Once submitted DS160 can not be retrieved.

Thank you jairichi and kumar. I have seen that option to re-enter DS-160 ID  in edit.
