h1_seeker
Does resignation of H1B supervisor (who signed H1B forms) have any impact on H1B. Is the company required to inform USCIS of change in supervisor. The employee duties, location, salary, etc remain unchanged. Please advise. Thanks. Link to comment
jairichi
No issue. You don't work for your supervisor. You work for your employer. Link to comment
JoeF
That's completely irrelevant for the H1. Link to comment
h1_seeker
So, does it mean my new supervisor or authorized representative of company can sign the forms when my company renews h1b or when my PD becomes current and my company files i485? Link to comment
