DS-160 submitted to Calgary consulate but going to Ottawa

I have submitted my DS-160 to Calgary consulate, but I booked my visa appointment at Ottawa. 

 

Do I need to submit another DS-160 for Ottawa?

Do I need to make any changes to the visa appointment?

 

Also, how do I get my PIMS updated at the ottawa consulate before going for stamping?

Let the appt be same , however have new DS 160 form with location as Ottawa and update the usa-info
