EAD past 100 days!! Please help

Dear Senior

 

My Husband's EAD renewal process is past 100 days now. He is the primary petitioner in our employment based I485 petition. I (a dependent on his GC process) recently got my renewed EAD card a month ago in 90 days. But my Husband's EAD card is taking so long to get approved.

His renewal was filed by his lawyer. Seniors please suggest what to do. We are very disturbed!!

Currently EAD approval is taking full 110 to 120 days as average. Please raise SR with USCIS immediately.

Thanks itsmeusa. Our lawyer has raised a ticket. She is optimistic about it. We are scared as current EAD expiring on 10/28

No EAD yet! Senator Warren office also called for an update from the USCIS for out petition but no update as of now!

What should i do?

Please give some time for Senator initiated inquiry. You should get you EAD. If it is delayed beyond 10/28, please be ready. So far, I have not heard EAD delaying beyond 120 days.

Hi Itsmeusa, finally my status shows as Card production ordered as of 10/24. I hope i am able to get it on time latest by 10/28 (current EAD expiration date)
