ppp121
My PD is current and still awaiting RFE (EB3-EB2) for medical certifications etc, my employer is changing our physical office location to a new building 10 miles away, would this impact the filing? What forms do I need to file any forms to keep USCIS of the change. Regards PPP121 Link to comment
itsmeusa
You need to consult this with your immi. lawyer. I saw similar question elsewhere and it didn't matter as the move was only 2 miles away. Link to comment
Belle
No real impact. The green card is specific to your metro area, which 10 miles does not change. The lawyer may have to update some petitions with the new address. Link to comment

Attorney_6
The answers are right. It is commuting distance to the initial location. The address should just be updated. If the relocation was more dramatic, and the work location in the PERM didn't allow for any relocation (ie job location was strictly company location), then it would be necessary to utilize AC21 portability (same job, same employer, new location) for the GC case in order to have it work.
