L2-EAD Status when stamping

We applied my EAD renewal along with my spouse's L1 extension. Now we got our extension of stay approved. Now we got RFE for my EAD renewal to submit the photos. We sent it too.

Now I have a doubt about EAD status.  Once I received my EAD, the validity will be 14 nov 2016(since the renewal period is 2 years right). We planned to go to India for vacation in next April 2015, and decided to have our stamping in india.

My question is during my stamping or after stamping, my renewed EAD becomes invalid and do I need to apply for fresh EAD based on new visa stampling number after returning back to USA? Is EAD valid when I go to india for stamping and during my vacation period?)

Please let me know your thoughts on this.

Yes, it will be valid.

EAD will remain valid even if you go to India and get new visa stamp. EAD is not connected to the visa stamping. Your EAD is the fringe benefit of the fact that your spouse has L1 and you are L2.
