15yrs education + 15 yrs experience + Manager postion = Can apply under EB1?

Greetings!

I have 3yr degree from India , which is considered 15yr education. My current GC application filed in 2008 under EB3. Now there is a company trying to offer me with a manager position and also ready to process new application.

 

For me the current situation.. it looks like EB2 will retrogress and also new labor will take 7 to 8 months to approve etc. Do you think if EB1 can get approved for my qualification + experience? Any law firm's interested to do this?
