saggy
HI , I am into my 6th Year of stay in US and my visa is getting expired on 17th July 2015 , with a short vacation period left on it ( say about 4 months that will be by Nov 2015) . I have approached few consultanicies to have my green card filed , but they are saying getting the PERM approval by filing at this stage/before completion of duration isnt possible. Is this true ? or still i can go ahead and file my green card ? can you please advise. Link to comment
omshiv
DO NOT approach Consulting companies to file for your GC...you'll kiss your life in the US forever. They'll screw up your visa status big time. Why doesn't your current employer file one? Link to comment
saggy
the current company will take a bit long to file , for which i dont have enough time to wait. so you say basing on future employment its risky to file it now ? Link to comment
