Drop Box Eligability for H4 Stamping India

Hi All,

 

My wife is travelling to India and will need h4 stamping.. We got our extension done and it is valid till Nov 2016. I (h1b petitoner ) am not going to India.

 

1. Is she eligible for IWP (Drop box). Her stamped visa on passport expired 6 months back. So we should be good there but I have changed my employed since we last went for stamping.

 

2. We have filled for H1b amendment in premium. Can this impact her stamping?

I doubt she will be eligible for dropbox. Attend interview.
