HydUser
Hi, I got my H1B petition approved for this year and yet to receive documents for stamping. I am currently working in India and been to US before on business. So, reviewing few refusal stories in this forum, I have got a negative feeling. Because I applied through a Desi consultancy with a Desi Client letter and I can see that both of these are not e-verified. So what kind of measures to be taken for stamping interview? OR I have a valid B1 visa, can I travel on that and transfer to H1B there? is it possible? BTW - I got I-797B Thanks Link to comment
jairichi
If you have all required documents then go for H1B stamping. Link to comment

HydUser
I meant it belongs to Indians(Now Amercan Citizens). They do the business as any other US company. BTW I re-checked and my primary employer is e-verified. Link to comment
