srikanthsalesforce
Hello, I'm 26 years old and I'm living in USA from October 2010. I got my Permanent Resident in May 2007 & i was in USA for about 10 Months until Feb 2008. I kept a long permission which was for 2 years and stepped out of US to finish my Bachelors. Once i got the permission i was been given a temporary passport and been allowed to come to USA. Thats how i returned in October 2010. From October 2010 to August 2014 i was in India for a Vacation for about 3 months. Now, Considering all the time i have lived in USA which is 10 Months + 3.8 years Can i apply for the Citizenship? if not, how would it work? Thanks, Srikanth Link to comment

JoeF
The requirements for naturalization are listed on the USCIS website. THey also have an interactive worksheet to determine when you are eligible for naturalization. Link to comment
WilliamThomas
Yes, you can apply for a citizenship, but first check that whether all the details in the passport is correct or not such as name, DOB etc. as well as get the approved documents from court. And if you are having your attorney, then it is much better to discuss with them. All the best. Link to comment
