h1 stamping and reinstatement

 DS-160 QUESTION:

Have you ever been unlawfully present, overstayed the amount of time granted by an immigration official or otherwise violated the terms of a U.S. visa?

 

MYBACKGROUND

I am on a valid H1 since last 2 years.

Before that I was in F1 and had once reinstatement done as my sevis was terminated for some reason beyond my control.

if I had reinstatement approved in the past and in legal status since then. what should be the answer to the above DS-160 question.

 

I am going for H1 stamping.
