musmac
I am preparing my second application for the Green Card of Especial Abilities, the first one was 8 years ago (2006) and was denied. I was looking into the document they sent notifying me that they denied my petition and I realized it says the application was filed in 2003. Then I went to the USCIS website where you can check your status and it says: On August 2, 2003, the Administrative Appeals Office returned this case. It's impossible that this is correct since I arrived to the US in 2005! Is it possible my lawyer never sent the application? Link to comment
Belle
I don't think you need to worry right now. Fill the petitions based on the best of your knowledge. It's possible that the lawyer gave you the receipt number for someone else. Link to comment
