i-140 approved...change the employer

MY i-140 is approved on 1st of june, my 1st term h1 is getting over in sept.

i want to change the current employer. what if my old employer cancel my i-140.

i have below questions.

1)i know employer can only cancel i140 under fraud and misrepresentation. but what if my old employer cancels my i-140. My new company is ready to do h1 transfer and start my gc process as well. will i lose my priority dates.

2)what if my old employer does not give me the copy of i-140. how can i get it?

1) Incorrect. Employer may withdraw at any time before your I-485 is approved. You will retain the PD if it is a simiple withdrawal (i.e. the position is no longer available to you).

2) You may file an FOIA request.
