Now I have to apply AC21 along with reply to rfe regarding continuous eligibility etc.. Im worried as my old job title is: senior software engineer and new one is : Quality test engineer And old salary is 85k and new sal is 65k. Job duties are similar. When i search the prevailing wage for quality test engineer in my current state and county, for 65k i fall under level 3. Please let me know if there is any possibility of getting denial??
