My parents as well are Indian Citizens. I currently am on H1B and my husband is also on H1B working in US.Am I eligible to apply for Diversity Lottery through "German" origin ? (foreign state of chargeability) I have looked up and found that for last year 1,696 German applicants got US Diversity Visas . Any idea how many German applications where there?
