HI,


 


  I am planning for visa extension for my parents. They are currently having 10 years of visa since 2004 and it is expiring in August of 2014. 


 


  Are IWP and dropbox two different processes? Since they got visa after aug 2004 can they apply for Visa Wavier Program?


 


If they apply with visa wavier program, then will that be any issue?


 


  Since they got visa in 2004 and since I am applying for same type of visa, are they eligible for visa wavier program or Visa dropbox program.

They are not eligible as one of the requirement is their initial visa should have been received after 1st Jan 2008.
