Problem with delivery!

I applied my EAD and AP at uscis Dallas lockbox. I sent the document through USPS with priority mail. When I checked online the message say

Expected Delivery Date: July 21, 2011

Class: Priority Mail®

Service(s): Delivery Confirmation

Status: Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available)

We attempted to deliver your item at 10:11 am on July 21, 2011 in DALLAS, TX 75222 and a notice was left because an authorized recipient was not available. You may arrange redelivery by visiting www.usps.com/redelivery or calling 800-ASK-USPS, or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice. If this item is unclaimed after 15 days

then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available,

is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check

again later.

Anybody experience this type of things with uscis. Anybody knows uscis person will pick up the package from post office or it will be returned to me after 15 days! I already talked with USPS they are saying they are not going to redeliver the package only way is to pick up the package from USPS.

How do you expect delivery confirmation from a Lockbox? Maybe that was the problem.

Thank you anyway. They delivered my package. I did it before too but the problem was their lockbox was full there is no space.

I found out this is normal process for Dallas lock box. When you check online it says first notice left at dallas 75222 and after few hrs it says delivered at Dallas 75266. Both are different code. Thats how it works we do not need to go in detail.
