I-485 denied after applying for AC 21, because 140 revoked

My I-485 got denied, when i moved to new company using AC 21, because my previous employer revoked my I-140.

 

Can you please advice, if a simple letter from lawyer is enough or I-290 B form should be filed for reopening case with a fee.?

Do you have a lawyer? If not, you should hire one. A denial appeal is not a DIY job. It is not clear from your question whether your case is eligible for AC21 or if it can be successfully appealed (just mentioning because it is a bad sign - if you don't really know why exactly your case should be re-opened, maybe you should not try to do it).
