joshmachine7 Posted May 20, 2014 Report Share Posted May 20, 2014 I am currently on H1B working for company X (which filed my GC in EB2 - Priority Date July 2009). Labor was filed with annual salary of 72000. I am having a offer where client is willing to transfer H1B or Open to let me work on EAD either way & offering me 115000 base pay which is 60% more than what labor is filed for. Job is in geogrphic location city. Job offered is having similar responsibilities but substantially higher wage than mentioned on labor certification. Any opinion on whether this can cause issues with AC21? This is urgent situation where I have to make a call one way or the other. Please help. Thanks Link to comment
