Call USCIS and ask for an update.

Did you get any update on your EAD? If so, please tell me about how many days (from filing your application) it took for you to find your case status online.

 

Also, where did you file you EAD? I filed my EAD online on 5/19 and sent all the documents to Texas service center. I have the delivery confirmation that they received all the documents and also I received a receipt notice from them within a week time. But just like you, I cannot see my case status online till today. It comes up with the same message that case number not available.

 

Last week, I called USCIS and inquired about it, but they gave me the same status. When I gave them all the dates and told them that its more than 3 weeks, they told me it can take anywhere from 30-45 days for case status to appear online.

 

Not sure what to do at this point but it surely not making me happy at this moment.
