Wife on L2 - AP applied in Parallel: Travel while AP in process.

I am on L1 visa and my wife is currently on L2 visa which is valid till Oct 2014.

 

Since we have I-485 filed, we have our AP but we never used it and continued with L1/L2 visa. She is using EAD for job. Her AP application is accepted and currently under process after the previous one was expired.

 

There is a family emergency and she has to travel to India for couple of weeks. She will re-enter on her valid L2 only and then we will extend her visa. Would there be any issue if her I-131 (AP) is still under process?

I have a similar question.

 

My Wife is on L2 and her EAD is in process. We had to travel out of USA after the application was submitted to USCIS. Now we are back and we have received a RFE for additional required documents. Since we traveled, we now have new set of I94 documents. Should we submit the new I94 along with documents requested in RFE?
