PERM under audit is it Possible to start another application?

Hi

 

My company had filed for labor certification in Sep 13 and we  got an audit notification. The DOL has asked for evidence related to recruitment process and affidavit for non payment of fees by the employer. So I have few questions regarding the same.

 

Is it possible that the company replies to the audit and initiates another PERM under the same category i.e. EB-2 in my case?

 

Is it advisable to initiate another PERM under EB-3 to enhance the chances?

 

Is it possible to apply for 7th year of extension while PERM is under audit. My H1 B will expire in Sept 15?
